Abstract

A novel isatin incorporated quinoxaline derivatives have been synthesized by employing hybridization approach and structures were confirmed on the basis of physical and spectral data. In anti-proliferative screening, compounds 5b, 5c and 5d showed promising activity against MDAMB cell line at IC50 values of 4.10, 4.79 and 5.15 µM.
