IJPRS INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS

Authors are able to submit the article to the journal directly through the journal’s website www.ijprs.com. The Author will ask to fill the simple personal details to create a personal login id and password which will be further verified by the email address provided by the author. The author first needs to select the type of article which may be further classified as research article, review article, short communication or case studies. The author needs to fill all the required information.
All manuscript must be in English. The author also need to upload .doc or .docx file which only contain introduction, material & methods, result & discussions, conclusion, acknowledgement & references. The accepted article will be uploaded online within 5-7 working days. The author will get “Paper Publication Certificate” by Indian Postal Services within 15-30 days if they have selected hard copy for certificate. If they had not selected hard copy publication certificate then they will get a softcopy certificate on their correspondence mail id. The author can download his/her article from the website www.ijprs.com.
NOTE: No changes will be allowed after the successful uploading of any article.

CHECKLIST FOR RESEARCH/REVIEW ARTICLE
- Title (Not more than 50 words)
- Name of Authors & Affiliation of Authors
- Correspondence Author Address
- Abstract (Not more than 250 words)
- Keywords (Not more than 8 words)
- 1.5line spacing with before & after 0 pt
- Standard English maintain throughout the article
- Describe arrangement of tables and figures
- Use SI units for symbols with standard abbreviations
- The word count is not specified but in general the manuscripts should be 6500 words for review and 5000 words for research articles
- The author has to acknowledge the receiving of drug, material or equipment’s in material section
NUMBER OF AUTHORS
The numbers of authors should not be more than 5. All the works should be approved among each author.
PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPT
The author has to prepare the manuscript in Standard English without any typographical mistake. The Author should use Times New Roman having front size 12 throughout the manuscript. The author has to give 1.5 line spacing with before & after 0 pt throughout the manuscript.
Title
The Title should give the brief idea of manuscript. The words should not be more then 50. First letter of each word in title should be in capital like F, U. The connected word like and, the, or, if , is, are, would, will, not, etc will not contain first word in capital. The detail should be filled in the respective box area.

- Use of Combined Techniques of Solubilisation for Improving Solubility and Dissolution of Immediate Release Tablet Containing….
Authors
The name of all authors should be written as First Name (Author Name), Middle Name (Father Name), Last Name (Surname). The Correspondence authors need to give College Name &Address, postal address for Hard Copy Certificate, email id, phone number etc.
Abstract
The abstract should not be exceeding than 250 words. The abstract should give overall work done throughout the manuscript.
Keywords
The keywords should not be more than 8 and which should be selected on very careful bases. The keywords may contain the name of drug, name of polymer, name of method use for the preparation of formulation etc.
Introduction
The introduction should contain the brief idea of work done in manuscript. The introduction should not contain detail of history or literature review. The drafting of introduction should be done in such a manner that reader should understand the need of work to the result of work done.
Materials and Methods
The list of materials should mention the name of supplier. The materials should include drug, polymer or any specific chemical and solvents used during the work. The free sample should be acknowledged in this section. The method should include the steps which was follows for the formulation of various batch in a systematic flow.
Results and Discussion
The result work should include the evaluation parameters with detail description of method and results obtain for the final selected batch. The data should clearly mention the result for all batches and the illustration should not be repeated. The statistical illustrations were highly desirable. The correct and good statistical data containing manuscript will get more preference. The statistical data should be produced in excel or in standard software should more advisable.
Conclusion
The conclusion should not be more than 100 words which summarized the whole work briefly.
References
All references must be cited in the text by the reference number using superscripts. No links between superscripts in the text and actual references in the Reference Sections may be used. Notes may be used to cite manuscripts in preparation, unpublished observations and personal communications. References cited should follow the style given below:

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT
All the manuscript should be submitted through author’slogin area. The author are liable to get a paper publication certificate (on IJPRS letter head) which mention the name of authors, manuscript number, title, publication volume and issue number.
